Canva's SCIM API
For organizations that use Canva Enterprise and Canva for Education, Canva provides a SCIM (System for Cross-domain Identity Management(opens in a new tab or window)) API to automate the provisioning of Canva user accounts.
This documentation is a developer reference for the Canva SCIM API, especially for organizations that might not use common identity providers such as Microsoft Entra ID (formerly known as Azure AD) and Okta. For guides on configuring Canva user provisioning with common identity providers, see the Canva Help Center(opens in a new tab or window).
Canva's SCIM API is available at https://www.canva.com/_scim/v2
and implements the SCIM v2 specification(opens in a new tab or window).
All parameters and values in the Canva SCIM API are case-sensitive, unless specified otherwise.
Access to Canva's SCIM API is now only available to Canva Enterprise for single teams, and is not available for multi-team organizations or Canva for Teams organizations. Canva for Teams organizations that currently use the SCIM API will still have access. Other Canva for Teams organizations that want to use the SCIM API will need to upgrade to Canva Enterprise.
