Reject a team app

If you're the owner or administrator of a team⁠(opens in a new tab or window), it's your responsibility to review apps submitted by members of the team. Once you complete this review, you can choose to release or reject the app.

To reject a team app:

1. Navigate to canva.com/teams⁠(opens in a new tab or window).
2. Switch to the Apps tab.
3. Find the app you're looking for.
4. Click Reject.
5. In the dialog that appears, provide a reason for the rejection.
6. Click Reject app.

When you reject a team app, Canva sends the feedback to the creator of the app. To implement the feedback, they must create a new version of the app and resubmit it for review.
